Prints and Stock images of Threave Castle and House
Threave House and Gardens are home to the School of Heritage Gardening and is owned by the National Trust for Scotland.
Threave Castle is an island fortress on the River Dee and was built by Archibald ‘the Grim’ in 1369 as a stronghold for the Black Douglases. The castle is in the care of Historic Environment Scotland.
