Dunfermline Abbey is the burial place of Robert Bruce, King of Scots. Beside the Abbey lies Pittencrieff Park, purchased in 1902 by the town’s most famous son, Andrew Carnegie. Other buildings of note include the City Chambers and the Abbott House.
